J-Rocks is a band that was founded in 2003 by personnel of Faith (vocals, guitar), Sony (guitar), Wima (bass), and Anton (drums). The flow of the band is Japanese pop / rock. Their first album, Mask Friend released in 2005 and filled two songs on the album Dealova OST "Into the Silent" and "Serba Salah". Currently they are sheltered by Musikindo Aquarius label. J-Rocks lover called J-Rockstars.

Many fans fanatical Japanese band L'Arc ~ en ~ Ciel in Indonesia who pointed out that in making his song, J-rocks to imitate the songs of L'Arc ~ en ~ Ciel. Very natural that some J-rocks songs like Laruku songs for J-rocks are inspired by this one band. [Citation needed] and also J-Rocks inspired by the Muse. [Citation needed]

On the second album, Spirit, J-Rocks include a variety of beats and the music flows like a Rock 'n Roll (Kalponik), Waltz / Victorian (Tersesal), Blues, Classic, and much more. On this second album, J-Rocks also show Prisa.

J-rocks's name had become a controversy among Japanese music lovers in Indonesia. This name seemed to represent the genre of Japanese Rock. J-inspiring name of ROCKSTARS is a sticker that read RockStar, in the hope that one day will be a Rockstar. And added the letter A in front of him to represent his own band with A reason could be that the Japanese because they were originally played J-Music, Jakarta because they came from Jakarta, honest in his music in terms of playing what was really they like and want to play music to soul (soul). And finally because the problem finally pronounced J-ROCKSTARS name abbreviated as J-ROCKS. J-ROCKSTARS name itself eventually became the name of J-ROCKS fans.

Early 2004 JRS (an abbreviation of the J-ROCKSTARS) following the music festival 2004 Nescafe Get Started sponsored by Nescafe, Trans TV and Aquarius Musikindo. They managed to win the festival and the opportunity to make a compilation album Get Started Nescafe which is the beginning of their cooperation with Aquarius Musikindo. The band is increasingly recognized since the emergence of a second album. In the song titled 'You stole again' they introduce female guitarist, Prisa.
